Thread: Betfred payment problems

Hi, we've been trying to get paid by the Betfred affiliate program for months now with no resolution. Emails have gone unanswered. It's a debacle over there. We're only talking about a few hundred bucks, but I have run out of options. I would rather not bash their affiliate program in a public forum, but I will unless our payment issues are resolved asap.

I understand that it is frustrating that you have not yet been paid. But this issue has arisen from a problem with you choosing a Bank Draft, which we duly cancelled. Confirmation of this cancellation must first be logged before we can pay you via Wire, which has been done as is on the way, as I have told you in numerous emails.
We are truly sorry for the delay and assure you that payment is being made.

Come on Chris, you are not being entirely truthful here. It's been almost 5 months since I first requested a withdrawal. A bunch of my emails have gone unanswered and you keep saying that the payment is "on the way", but you've been saying that for 5 months straight. We deal with a lot of affiliate programs, and it is quite obvious that yours is in complete disarray.

Hm, I never had any problems with BetFred payments...
