help whats happening with Blue Square affiliate program?

does anyone know whats going on with bluesquare affiliate program? after logging in, the stats are all empty so i have no idea whats happening with these jokers.

i've been trying to email bluesq people since 9th of october and still cant get a reply from them. i've emailed 4 times already to affiliates, paul hugget, and mark armitage without any results. do these guys run this program from a garage or have they been layed off due to the recession?

i hope i'm not sending free traffic (even though its kinda dismal)? c'mon people, get your act together

I am owed money by these people - I emailed several times - sent numerous invoices - nothing. Eventually I threatened them with legal action to recover the money owed and miraculously recieved an email back within 24 hours saying they had never received any of my invoices or emails and were mystified by the whole thing. I sent in another email with an invoice and since then nothing. They owe me funds going back to the beginning of the year.

If they owe you above £750, threaten them with bankruptcy. I know some good debt collection companies and solicitors that can get their attention if you would like.

Never have any problem with them. Invoice every month and receive the money like clockwork. Stats this month are showing too. If you don't see any earnings for the current month when you log in, click on "My Earnings" in the left menu and it shows you the current month to date.

that's the thing, when i go to myearnings all as i see is this text:

    - Primary program
    Accounting Period

    - Primary program
    Accounting Period

nothing below it nor above it. this is showing up both in IE and FF, so its something on their end and/or my account is "special".

hopefully someone will notice this thread and will start replying to emails. 101 of running an affiliate program is replying to emails, so i wouldn't need to resort to posting here.
