Thread: does 32red convert? because I haven't seen a single sign-up in my 2 years promoting

guys what are your experiences with 32 red - are you getting sign-ups, is the tracking working? I find it strange that in my two years promoting them I haven't got a single sign-up

It seems that 32red is great for the players but not so great for affiliates.

This is not the sort of question I can answer generically I'm afraid. Conversion rates vary between affiliate - all depending on the type of site they have, their traffic, how they market their site, how much exposure they give to 32Red, and many more other contributing factors.

If you believe that you may have tracking problems then have you had anyone test this for you? We do not have any ongoing problems with our tracking, so I can only think to ask you to please contact me on sabrina@32red.com and I will look into your affiliate acct for you.

Should anyone else be experiencing problems of this sort then I would ask that you contact me too.

Our experience is that players do signup - they play a little - and they stop. eVery month we see the same pattern of very little players.

I've tried to reconcile how Income of $700+ can be generated from less than $100 in purchases, and how profit of $89 comes out after Income - Admin.

So I think the tracking works for us - but somehow these numbers are always tiny compared to any other of our properties. I'm not sure that 32Red will survive our next "spring clean" of the site.

Ditto! Doesn't work for me at all. To the extent where I've been tempted to think about the validity of the tracking. What is annoying is that all things being equal this should be an outstanding MGS place for players and should convert very well. So I cannot come up with any good explanation why this doesn't convert for me.

I can see from the discussions that many of you feel that our player conversion rates are below what you would expect.

As you know I have not been with 32Red for long, so I do not have experience of being with this company to be able to tell you yet what works well for our affiliates. I have however seen the conversion rates that the company has for their overall stats, and I'm afraid that these do not agree with your general consensus.

As I have worked with a few of the other gaming companies I have seen what some of the other conversion rates are like, and 32Red's are by no means below average.

From this, I can only recommend that those of you who are having problems, or who feel that our affiliate programme is not working effectively, should contact me. We can then have a look at what can be done to improve matters.

We have some great promotions coming up throughout December, and we have more resources to help our affiliates with their marketing now, so I am sure that if we work together on this then we can see some good results.
