I dont trust this stats at all

some time ago I already send you a PM about the strange statistics I have
you told me then it is due players did deposit but not play then.
And you said you will look into it and find out what is going on.
Now i did not hear anything no more.
So I am posting this here now

I have since January 08 a total of 4,563.00 in deposits at all your brands
Comission for this i see is $39.26 - WOW
Now what is going on? dont tell me everyone did win big there and cash out.

Maybe you are also interested what a player posted about SuperBook Casino...
That made me think again ........

This is the worst casino I have ever played at deposited 2000.00 since the first and have been ripped off 1000.00 and have been told 24-48hrs since the 13th. The first incident happend on the 13th had a balance of 300.00 in my casino account lost connection and for a day kept getting message Account allready logged in wait 10min. Was told dont worry money will be there when you get back in. A day later finally able to get in and poof money gone and money not in the sportsbook account. On the 16th was told play history showed it was there and they needed to send it to RTG. And it would be taken care of the next day. So Stupid me deposits again. On the 17th playing and have 340.00 in casino and 300.00 in sports book. Hit the bonus on Green Light and froze couldnt pick my car. Logged out and in several times nothing. Had to wait till next day. Woke up the next morning and cant log in told my account was deactivated. Finally on the 19th able to get in. Available balance is 18+million and money gone from Casino and Sportsbook. Was told by someone there that logged into my account lol yes I see but you know you really dont have that much. Sent screen shots and all info when you ask to speak to someone in the casino dept that e-mails you. You are told that there is no way to reach them except through e-mail. All you are told is 24-48hrs been told that since the 13th and still being told that. SO WARNING TO ALL !!!!!!!

BonusParadise, once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As we first thought, the issue relates to the new download casino we recently launched. We are currently implementing the upload of all data, and we will then backdate it from the beginning. Your players are one of the few that are using this solely, and it has accordingly affected your stats (as it appears they aren't playing...)

Once we implement the data, you will receive all moneys (this should be within 2 weeks). I have PM'd you the amount your players have lost...

I also find the stats disturbing. I have deposits showing but, no income for the past couple of months. I'd even be happy with a minus as it would be showing "something". All my stats are showing are the deposits and no activity. Strange....

As with BP, the reason for the strange stats is that your players have played the download casino and we currently are not importing their stats. Our sample stats are being tested currently, so we won't be too far off to getting this for you.

Please see your PM with the exact revenues thus far.
