Hi Vrindavan,
To answer your questions:
1/ We don't charge bank transfer fees. Minimum payment for bank transfers: £50 for UK , £150 for international.
2/ Cheque payments are only available in exceptional circumstances (i.e. no other option is valid/safe in your country)
3/ Moneybookers is not available. We might deploy it in 2009 if a fair share of affiliates request it, but no one has asked for it yet, as bank transfers and Neteller seem to fit everyone we currently work with.
