Many of my visitors click on your banners daily, I got 100s of clicks and about 20 sign ups and no money. This is the worst affiliate program I’ve ever had.

What is going on? Are they depositing money and the statistic software is having errors registering deposits? Am I being cheated?

I am finding this very suspicious… :sarcasm:

Hi there Backin52!

As you may have noticed our stats are real time stats and show all the activity that has been generated by clicks, sign ups and deposits.

I suggest you send me a PM with your account details to help you find out what is causing the lack of conversions on your account. Stating that our affiliate program is the worst you’ve had is a harsh statement and not fair since we have been a very reputable affiliate program for many years now.

If you want me to look into your account and give you an individual feedback I will be more than happy to do so. Keep in mind that there are many other parameters that need to be taken into consideration that are not necessarily related to the affiliate program, some might be related to the traffic source… you could be surprised.

Feel free to test our stats and see for yourself all numbers are 100% accurate real time stats. If you don’t know how to test them, let me know and I’ll show you.

Monica,

Please read this thread: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?t=28374

Who gets 515 sign ups and not a single person deposits anything? If the player signs up, the problem really doesn’t lie with the affiliate, the player has moved on to the casino end.

I find this very suspicious and my stats are showing the same general ratios but no where near as many clicks or sign ups and no deposits.

It’s funny that it happens to most of the affiliates at the exact same time. I know it sounds harsh but it’s not uncommon for reputable casinos to go rouge if no one is enforcing them or expecting anyone to look into it if they have a “good reputation”. I was hoping Professor would have taken a look into if he read that thread above.

Revenues Giants also had a bad reputation in the past I guess, I Googled it like handkey said in the thread above and found this: http://casinoaffiliatefrauds.com/CasinoAffiliate_1/CasinoAffiliate_27.shtml
Same type of deal: bad figures and no money. I don’t know if it’s just hype or fake, but it sure sounds similar to my case right now.

I have roughly 100 sites developing with traffic growing daily and I really don’t like the gut feeling that I’m getting that I may have lost 100s or 1000s of dollars from customers if RG has gone rouge and hid those deposits out of my stats. I’ll send that PM later after your response on why all these other affiliates are not getting deposits.

I’m getting better “normal” conversions elsewhere, so the problem may not be from the traffic source, but indeed from the affiliate program…

there’s a bunch of programs listed on it, from casino rewards to brightshare to casino profit share to fortune affiliates.

I’m not defending any program, personally I’m fed up with most of them, but I’m not sure that site is even credible.

You are being very rude, are you my affiliate at all? why aren’t you send PM with your affiliate details like Monica asked you, so we can look into it? who is hiding what exactly now? and how dare you accuse us of something like this? we earned our reputation in the industry, now please try to earn yours with us!

you refer to post on disreputable site (casinoaffiliatefrauds) which the post there is 2 years old and to other posts here where the issue was solved already.

if you have any other problems with us talk to me and give me details don’t shoot in the dark cause you will most likely miss the target.

Cheers, Malci

MissM,

Did you read this thread: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?t=28374

Do you have anything to say about the odd recent behaviors of Revenue Giants and about the guy who had 2000 clicks and 515 sign ups and no deposits or the other guy with 200 sign ups and no deposits and all this behavior happening at the same time?

Thats all I wanted to hear is an explanation about topics in that thread as no one else is asking.

PM isn’t going to help, I already know there is no deposits, theres nothing to check into; and yes I am your affiliate, I wouldn’t be sitting here posting in a pissy mood if I wasn’t.

Actually lets just forget about this discussion and see what happens. I don’t feel like getting into an endless argument. If RG did go bad, theres nothing I can do about it anyways. If not, then players must not like it.

mate, take it easy here. there is no need to scream that RG is rogue. I had my own beef with this affiliate program, the fact that one day they just stopped converting and i also questioned my stats. however, calling them rogue just because you have poor conversions is a bit out of line or perhaps just not a sensible move to make.

i presume that what happened with RG’s properties is that they lost a bunch of payment processors. furthermore, conversions were never good in the first place because some of their websites like winward casino look like they were designed in 1995. furthermore, even the text written on one of the websites (see first paragraph here http://www.slotsvillage.com/promotions.asp ) will make you think that some of the stuff is written by people who just got hit in the face by a shovel and then forced to sit down and write content. or maybe they just had a gun next to their head. lots of possibilities here :roflmao:

the bottom line is that i do not question revenue giants integrity. instead their conversions are just plain poor. which is why on my site they are listed as #94 out of 100 reviewed casinos.

if you really want to try to fix the solution, then don’t just bash them, and instead be a cold hearted mofo and try to do some test signups with malci to see if everything is being tracked correctly. at the end of the day it is just plain foolish to claim that someone is rogue just because they don’t fit a particular pattern…

cheers mate, enjoy your better half of the day :hattip:

if you read the whole thread you would see that not that I just read it I also participate there even though the thread was referred in some point to all affiliate program I jumped in.

Anyway, I am still here if you want to check your stats and get to the bottom of it you just need to shoot me or Monica a PM or an email, if you don’t also good with me I want my affiliates to be happy with the program and make money and I will always be happy to help them to do it, However, I don’t force my help on to someone who just want to post and not to solve anything.

I wish you well.:hattip:

splinterfree,

Thanks for your post, it is true that processing is not like it used to be before Jan 2007 so it affect conversion.

I am now happier with our conversion, I also get that feedback from my affiliates which warms my heart :inlove: so I know we are on the right way..

Regarding slotsvillage, I must admit I know we still have a lot of work to do there so I cannot defend it but we will get there too, this year we upgrade http://www.revenuegiants.com http://www.vicsbingo.com and http://www.bingohall.com every time we tackle another site to make it perfect, and I’m always happy to hear more feedback from affiliates.

Best regards, Malci :hattip:

We use to promote their casinos but really seen it at as a waste of traffic and Their bingos are not much better.Last month 615 clicks got us 3 new depositing players. They are definitely not a group to put on top placements from what i see and we also dont like the fact they are always last to pay each month.I dont think they are cheating just not appealing to the majority of our traffic.

I always see loads of clicks, many sign ups and $000 income, maybe 52 has something there? Revenue Giants lining their own pockets, rogue?? Who really knows, but I know I’m pulling off everything that is connected with Revenue Giants from all my sites, to make room for an affiliate program that pays and appreciates our work.

Like Malci mentioned processing is not the same and it is affecting the conversion process. That might not be the only factor that may be causing it so, if any of you want us to personally take a look at your account and give you some feed back feel free to PM me your affiliate user name.

We cannot make a general statement here. So, to find out what is causing you to generate more clicks and no conversions we need to look at your case individually.

Monica,

This is not just a couple people, there are many affiliates that feel revenue giants are a waist of time and space. So many sign ups and not a dime to show for it.

I’m sure the ordeal of going through my account with you, would be like banging my head against the wall! All the clicks, all the sign ups and no conversions?? Yea it must be the affiliates fault.

There’s an excuse for everything with Revenue Giants.

We are working on it now, and by next week our websites should be completely cleaned of anything to do with Revenue Giants.

Bye, Bye

I hope the you dont take it personally as i like Malci but when i hear processor problems i run to other groups who dont seem to have that issue. We have dropped most rtg casinos for same issues. We keep the bingos up but they are not on top placements,we pulled winward last year mostly because of slow conversions but also for being on so many rogue lists.

Malci did a great job cleaning up vic’s bingo reputation but the casinos seem to have on going issues.

And we are in the process of doing the same with all our brands in the near future, as you may know it implies lots of hard work and effort. We are doing ALL that is in our hands to improve our sites and increase our affiliates’ revenue.

Therefore, to encourage you to try it out this September we are offering our affiliates to be part of a special promo where they can get an extra 5% either on acquisitions, clicks or even just for sign ups. So if you are interesting in getting some extra cash with this promo please email me, I’ll be more than happy to add it to your account for further info you can check our Sep newsletter.
