My friend is not a member of CAP, therefore he asked me to post this message and to help him to solve his problem with Revenue Giants – they refused to pay him his commissions. Moreover his English is not very good. His name is Alexander. And I’m familiar with his situation because sometimes he asks me to help him to translate some texts and emails.
He has been having an email conversation with affiliate managers of Revenue Giants for already 19 months!!! Alexander uploaded the full email history to his site http://www.gambling-search.net/rg-commissions.htm.

    The situation is:

    1. Until January,1, 2005 he received all commissions via checks. He even has all checks’ numbers:
    August 2, 2004, 4:33 pm $75.00 (Check Number: 57505)
    February 2, 2004, 5:43 pm $150.00 (Check Number: 22412)
    January 6, 2004, 1:05 pm $480.00 (Check Number: 22130)
    December 1, 2003, 4:29 am $45.00 (Check Number: 21440)
The financial manager of Revenue Giants Malci denies that. Malci says that all commissions were paid via Neteller.

    2. In December, 2004 he had $315 commissions but these commissions were not paid to him because since January,2005 Winward Casino Affiliate Program stopped paying commissions via checks. (See an email written on January 6, 2005 in his email history). There were only available payment methods at Winward Aff Program: eWalletXpress, Neteller and Wire Transfer (minimum $1000). He almost stopped promoting Winward Casino, because he couldn’t receive his commissions using these payment methods: Neteller and eWalletXpress don’t work with the country where he lives – Belarus, and these payment methods have NEVER worked with this country.

    3. When Winward Affiliate Program merged with Revenue Giants the amount $315 was transferred to his new account at Revenue Giants. In January, 2007 the payment history of Revenue Giants became showing that this amount was paid. Alexander asked affiliate managers of Revenue Giants to explain this situation: how these commissions were paid. He didn’t receive a proper answer from them, affiliate managers couldn’t explain how these commissions were paid, they told him that they could process this payment again but only via Neteller or eWalletXpress (which don’t work with Alexander’s country). This means, that commissions were not paid and affiliate managers refused to back this money to his affiliate account.

    4. In May, 2007, the payment history of Alexander became showing that the new commissions $22.5 were paid. Affiliate managers of Revenue Giants told him that they were paid, but they didn’t send details of this payment(affiliate managers didn’t tell how they paid these commissions, what payment method they used to pay them ). And at the same time there were Alexander’s Moneybookers details in his account at Revenue Giants, and affiliate managers refused to pay commissions via Moneybookers, although Moneybookers was available for choosing as a payment method.

    5. In October, 2007 Revenue Giants added a new payment method EcoCard, which was available for Alexander, and he asked to pay these commissions to his EcoCard account. Affiliate manager of Revenue Giants checked the payment history and told him that all commissions were paid via Neteller. At the same time the affiliate manager refused to send transaction IDs of these payments. Although Alexander told them in January 2007, that he didn’t have any Neteller account and had never had it, because Neteller doesn’t work with his country.

    6. At present the following commissions were not paid to Alexander:
    $315.00 (January 4, 2005, 3:13 pm)
    $22.50 (May 1, 2007, 12:00 am )

    $337.50 TOTAL
During the last 7 months Alexander was trying to explain them that he received these commissions neither via Neteller nor other payment methods. He had an email conversation with the following affiliate managers of Revenue Giants(Winward Affiliate Program):
Dave, Cristie, Danielle, Malci, Monica, BUT NOBODY solved this problem, all affiliate managers told him that commissions were paid but nobody sent details of these payments. MYSTARY PAYMENTS??? Who received them? Or were they paid in general? Nobody knows.

    7. Alexander is already tired to talk to affiliate managers of Revenue Giants, because they has been refusing to pay commissions for more than 7 months, herewith WITHOUT ANY PROOFES they tell that they payments were sent.

    8. Alexander considers the last email that he received on July,9th,2008 from Revenue Giants as a MOCKERY.

    Dear Alexander,

Please note that the Accounting Department informed me that the payments you are referring to were issued to your Neteller account 4 years ago.
They also informed that all your previous payments were sent to that same account as well.

Unfortunately, we cannot track down that information in our behalf.
For further assistance feel free to contact Neteller by calling their toll free number 1-888-258-5859. In the future, we highly recommend you that whenever you face an issue like this to contact us immediately or as soon as possible so we can better assist you.

This means affiliate managers of Revenue Giants asked Alexander to contact Neteller and try to find his commissions there, although he HAS NEVER HAD a Neteller account, and affiliate managers didn’t tell him details of these payments (Neteller ID, Neteller username, Transaction Ids, the exact date of payments), in every email they only tell that the commissions were paid to his Neteller account.(WHICH ACCOUNT????)

Alexander is perturbed, therefore he made all email history publicly. He wants to hear rationale from affiliate managers of Revenue Giants and comments from CAP members. Alexander supposes that it’s a discrimination, because he speaks English not very well, and he lives in Eastern Europe, and since 2005 he has been almost stopped promoting this program, and also he blames the financial department of Revenue Giants for false finance data and for very bad work. The commissions, that Revenue Giants didn’t pay, are not very big, but it’s a deal of the principle, and Alexander wants to work with affiliate programs on fair basis.

    Alexander requires:
    a) Public Apology
    b) To pay these commissions to his Ecocard account
    c) If Revenue Giants are sure that they are right, please, send him the full details of the payments.

And I also would like to add that my friend is not stupid, he is a respected person, has a master’s degree and, please, don’t ignore his words, he every time asked Revenue Giants to send him the payment details, he every time told them that he didn’t have a Neteller account, but every time Revenue Giants ignored his words and every time repeated that the payments were processed to his Neteller account, which he has never had.

It’s an absurd! Revenue Giants said to him that all previous payments were sent via Neteller, but how did he receive all previous commissions via checks? I suppose your financial history is incorrect and it’s impossible to send commissions to an unknown Neteller account, nobody knows where the commissions were sent, and nobody knows when these commissions were sent.

Aksana, thanks for the title, but they haven’t appointed me yet to be a financial manager, and never was I thought any less of Alexander or anyone else who his English isn’t his first language, it isn’t mine either. I always treated you both with respect just like I would like to be treated and always tried to help.

I know it is a small amount, but we treat $315 just the same way we treat $50,000, yet he shouldn’t have left it dragging for nearly 4 years, if he hasn’t received a payment he should have contact us or accounting a.s.a.p back in 2005.

The Accounting and affiliate program was upgraded in 2005. previous accountant left a note under Revenue Giants new system that his account was fully paid on previous system up to 2005 (that means all 2004 earnings were fully paid), therefore, we owe him $22.50 (May 1, 2007, 12:00 am ) which we never said we don’t but our minimum payout is $50 so it rolls over till it reached $50, and the $315.00 (January 4, 2005, 3:13 pm) were completed based on the previous accounting note.

I was not aware he received Checks until I read this post, now, as his account in the new system was set to Neteller we told him it was sent there but that can also mean that for Dec 04 commission he could have received another check as back then we mainly paid via checks if he claims not to have a Neteller account.

Accounting couldn’t get Neteller history as Neteller doesn’t give us history for over 3 years ago nor can provide us if he has account there at all, I assume per confidential reasons. Therefore we asked him to contact them directly.

To Move forward, let me propose him the following:
-please translate or explain to him now that he post it publicly I feel confident to share this with you without breaching his privacy:

    1. Please have him contact Neteller so he can provide us a reply from them proving he never had an account with them?
    2. Please ask him to check again he didn’t receive another check back in 2005 and deposited it in a different account.

I will ask accounting or tech team to try and work on the old system to get the confirmation of Dec 04 payments, or to allocate at the bank the check that was sent in 2005.

That is the best I can do, please understand we are talking about Dec 2004 commission, and we are now in July 2008.

    Regards, Malci

I’ve just registered at CAP specially – I’m Alexander, about whom Aksana
    wrote this post.
I have several questions and remarks for Malci:
    1) You referred to a 4-year history and that it was late when I contacted you. Firstly, I contacted you immediately when the problem was appeared – from January,2005 to January,2007 I didn’t have any reasons to worry about that because the amount $315 was in my account at Winward Affiliate Program, and then this amount was transferred to my account at Revenue Giants as a positive balance.
And only in January,2007 your statistics became showing that this amount was paid. What’s happen with your accounting in January 2007? In that time Revenue Giants were ready to pay my commissions, knowing that no one of offered payment methods was not available for me. And also you didn’t explain me where the commissions were sent, and also you didn’t mention about Neteller payment.
Secondly, I think to track all payments and have a normal payment history is a duty of any respected affiliate program. What does it mean: “new accounting” and “old accounting”, which is unavailable for affiliates and for affiliate managers?
    2) Malci, you tell untruth, that you were not aware I received Checks.
Until January 2005 I received commissions by Checks from you (see my email and your reply written on November,29, 2007)
    3) Let’s speak about “new accounting”. You don’t deny that the payment of $22.5 (May 1, 2007, 12:00 am) was not processed by you. So, why these commissions are shown as paid in my statistics and my account balance is $0.00?
What’s happen in May, 2007? Where were the commissions sent(to what account they were sent?), and you told me the exact date of this payment? Maybe the money was sent to that mystical account, to which $315 were sent?

    Alexander,

First welcome to CAP it is my favorite forum and you will find it to be very useful and everyone here will always try to help.

Now, I will ignore the fact that you just called me a liar and on a public post but I’ll move on solving the issues here:

At 2007 a new owner took over RG and I was hired to run the affiliate program I am not familiar with Winward Affiliate Program that was used prior to 2005, accounting added your payment as they were on your old account (Winward Affiliate Program) without entering your confirmation numbers as they had different conf on the old system and they didn’t want to create duplicates between the systems, since 2007 accounting MUST enter ref number or confirmation number, therefore I still INSIST when I tell you that the $22.5 (even though ticked on May 1, 2007, 12:00 am) was NOT paid, it will be once account reached $50, it is ticked as amount will roll over, I can ask accounting to add another note so you can have it in writing that it is a roll over not a payment, in fact I’ll tell them right after this post to add that note for you to see, so one problem is solved.

The second problem is the $315, would you like to solve it? if so please help me to help you, I have no access to old system apparently not even accounting now, so I need our tech to enter there and retrieve the info of 2005 from Winward Affiliate Program, it will not be fast process, but we cannot pay you until we make sure it wasn’t paid in the past, I believe you when you say it wasn’t but accounting work on confirmations and not my word or yours will count towards a payment I’m afraid, if I can show them you don’t have a Neteller account they at least can minimize the time by checking only there and at the bank were they used to issue the checks back then as it was a different account.

Let me know if you wish to collaborate or to wait,
    Cheers, Malci:hattip:

Neteller does not service Belarus – should be indicative enough that he does not have a neteller account, as I see it.

Yes, and it’s the main reason why Alexander asked me to make this post, because every time he told Malci and Monica and other affiliate managers that he didn’t have a Neteller account and had never had it because Neteller doesn’t work with Belarus, but all affiliate managers ignored his words and always said to him that his commissions were paid to his Neteller account and recommended him to contact Neteller service, but affiliate managers didn’t tell him to what Neteller account commissions were sent. It’s an absurd! Moreover when he found that his commissions were sent in his payment history he contacted affiliate managers of RG immediately, he wanted to know how these commissions were sent because he didn’t receive them and RG’s payment methods were unavailable for Alexander (eWalletXPress, Neteller don’t work with Belarus, for WT was $1000 minimum). But every time he received the same answer: via Neteller!

I understand you, Malci, but please, understand my friend, he told you that he received all previous commissions by checks.

He made all his email history with affiliate managers of Revenue Giants publicl and I found that:

    Hi Alexander,

    Checking for you,
    Will let you know a.s.a.p
Sorry you had to go through all this because of processing problems.

    We will solve it shortly.

    Importance: High

    Hi Malci,

Your Accounting is wrong when telling that all my affiliate commissions
    are paid by Neteller.
I’ve NEVER been paid by Neteller at all, as I don’t have a Neteller account
    :-)(!!!)
Cause this payment system has never worked with the country I live in
(BELARUS) – That was the problem with payment of my commissions by you.

Until 2005 I received commissions from you by CHECKS(!!!).
In January you stopped sending checks and didn’t pay my commissions for
    December 2004
In the amount of $315.00 (look at your Email from January 6, 2005
it is at the bottom of this email).
From this moment I practically stopped promoting your casino as payment
methods you offered (Neteller, Expresswallet, Wire
transfer (min $1000)) were not acceptable for me.

At this time you should pay me the following commissions:
    $315.00 (January 4, 2005, 3:13 pm)
    $22.50 (May 1, 2007, 12:00 am )

    $337.50 TOTAL

Now I can accept my affiliate commissions by EcoCard.
Here’s the info for EcoCard: (*******)

Please contact your accounting once again.
Let them discover my question in details and make payment of
    commissions by EcoCard.
I hope that after this issue resolved our cooperation would be more
    productive.
I’ll be able to promote your casinos and bingo sites.

    Waiting for your quick reply.

    Best regards,
    ALEXANDER

Alexander is a very patient person but this situation outrages him.

I know you and Monica tried to solve this problem, I talked to Monica a lot of times, Alexander sent you a lot of emails and everything was useless. You didn’t hear him.

This situation also surprised me when Alexander asked me to help him because I also work with Revenue Giants and always receive commissions without any problems. I told Alexander:”No problem, I’ll contact Monica, she is very helpful and I’m sure we’ll solve this problem very quickly, because I know RG, they are good guys “, yes, I contacted Monica, she was really very helpful, she tried to understand the situation and to help my friend, but a lot of months have passed and the problem is still open, Alexander still doesn’t know how his commissions were paid and who received them.

I appreciate your help, Malci, and I believe you’ll solve this problem, because I know RG are good guys. I understand that Alexander’s situation is difficult but he wants to solve it. And I’ll do the best to help him!

aksana, I really appreciate your last email, and your kind words, we do go the extra mile for each affiliate from those who send 1 player to those who sends 100’s, and we happy to have you affiliated with us and we thank you for that.

I totally understand Aleksandr and honestly I am not familiar with which countries Neteller accept or not, I didn’t know they were never accepted Belarus, I though they used to accept prior to Jan 07 so I assumed it can be a possibility he used to have in 2005, as every time another country added to their restriction list.

Please trust me when I say I will take care of it, I already contact management, accounting and tech and requested a check confirmation from 2005, I don’t wish it to be dragged any longer as it was, I also trace all his emails and I was shocked to see he contact previous affiliate manager although they all were very nice and tried to help I couldn’t see an email that showed it solved, so what I agreed with management and accounting is that if we cannot provide this confirmation in the next 2 weeks, I wont let Aleksandr wait any longer and I was promised even it was paid and confirmation was not yet found due to old system/ tracking old checks etc.. they will pay him regardless for 2004 commission just for this hassle, even if it means paying twice.

I give you both my words on it, that will be by the 24th if an email with confirmation isn’t sent to him by then, we will pay it again regardless.

    Cheers, Malci

$300 is big money for Belarus. Please pay him ASAP, I guess he’s desperately need them. :hattip:

For Belarus it’s not big money, 10 years ago they were big money, but not now. Life in Belarus is very expensive, but the problem is not in money and not in Belarus. It’s the same money for Belarus, Russia, UK, USA and other countries.

I see you didn’t read these posts carefully.

I would like to look at you when you find that your commissions were sent to unknown person. And affiliate managers of this program ignore your words. Yes, $300 is not big money but if have $10000 next month and your commissions will be sent again to this unknown person. And again all affiliate managers ignore your words and always tell you that your commissions were sent to your Neteller account, but you don’t know to which Neteller account, because you have never had it, and nobody knows to which Neteller account.
