Does anyone work with Pinnacle Sports? If so, what are your thoughts on the quality of their affiliate program?

    Conversions?
    Payouts?
    Software?
    Affiliate team?

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

i’ve been working with pinnacle sports for a while now. its an excellent sportsbook but their affiliate backend was made before the creation of ze internets. most of the time its really slow so i only check stats once a month.

the backend is only used to show stats. all banners are sent out by email.

and those stats are shown in an odd manner, not really streamlined with the rest of the world…

BUT, the program tracks players without issues!

since pinnacle doesn’t accept US players, conversions can be tricky. but the portal is not just geared for an average bettor, so they do milk players quite well.

payouts are a bit lame. the hold half of commissions as insurance against players winning for 180 days or until the NFL season ends.

I haven’t logged into the back-end for years. The aff payment is automatically transferred to linked player account. Top sportsbook, No hassle.

Their affiliate “software” in place in rather ancient where the banner’s urls are sent to your mail (unlike bet365 and betfair where you choose your banners from a list of several hundreds…).

But with that said, their affiliate team is top-notched, and more than makes up for it.

Conversions? – One of the better converting sportsbook around 4/5
Payouts? – efficient and no hassle but pays out full only twice a year! 4/5
Software? – old but works 2/5
    Affiliate team? – excellent 5/5
Overall – sign up with em 5/5

We rate PinnacleSports as a must have sportsbook for players who are allowed to player there.

Top odds, reasonable bonuses, and one free payout per month. Players should be using PinnacleSports.

It’s especially good for followers of US sports – although Pinnacle does not accept clients who are resident in the United States of America.

The affiliate backend is very weak – no banners system – mediocre reporting – but at least it does report on a player by playter basis.

As alluded to – the payout schedule is archaic – certainly not monthly. I NEVER know when they’re going to payout the next component – and then they always like to “hold over” 50% into a twice yearly payout.

I have a contact at Pinnacle (David) who seems good to deal with, but frankly they’re a pretty staid and static site with few changes. What you get is solid service and good odds.

    In summary PinnacleSports is :
    – great for Non-US players.
    – average for affiliates (antiquated backend made up somewhat by service)

Thanks for the feedback guys. I’ve asked Pinnacle Sport to take a look at your feedback. I’d like to find a contact over there who is more responsive.

Does anyone have good contacts over there?

They are known for offering some of the favorable prices for players and don’t seem to have any history of ripping off players or affiliates. I would put them in my top 3 sportsbooks.

About year ago throw my site I found very big player – one like all others together from my 7-years work. So this player began gambling – lose usually and sometimes win so I liked him and Pin paid my work. Recently he had big wins so my account is in big minus, I was sure it is not a problem and all will turn back soon,
and beggining of september was good but
I got email from Irene Zwols , where she inform me that they “moved player VBxxxxxx to %volume commission in accordance with our Affiliate Terms & Conditions as this player poses a risk of an unrecoverable large negative balance”.
my objections was not changed the decision.

explanation: so they allow him to win a lot and after that only take him from me (%volume commission is nothing)
I think there are two goals of this decision:
    1) not to pay when my player will lose (like freeroll for them) for this they even ready to stop our 7-years partnership that de facto took place.
    2) if I’m fool I can send new traffic free and try to comeback with plenty of small players.

so now I have account with huge negative impossible to comeback and information for all who think about pinnaclesports as honest company. this will be only until u will have something worth to take off.

update: got email from “Phil Hudson, Acquisitions Manager at Pinnacle Sports”, where he confirms there are no mistake with that decision.
of course no because in the stats is see that player lose a lot, very very much, like think will be.
So they take a lot of money from him and give nothing except of huge negative account, nice work guys!

What term are their referring to in their terms and conditions and when was this term implemented?

Either way, player quarantines are not the way to go and there should always be room for negotiation. Especially after cooperating for seven years.

I hope Pinnacle will solve this to your satisfaction.
