    Is anyone having problems connecting to any of CA partners, Superbook, Sportsbook, Playersonly?

    I can get through to the sites by typing in their address (http://www.playersonly.com), but not through my affiliate banners or text links. like this one Playersonly

    This has never happened to me with CA befor, thats why I am concerned.
