    We have and have no issues other than those that are posted here. Why? we have no direct contact from you that we can trace and PM's sent by Chris to you have not been answered.
    Please provide your telephone number and best time to call so we can sort this out please.

    Yes your invoice is here we are processing payments as per stated on the 15th.
    We have also been looking at ways of improving the process and will be making some changes in time for next month. My aim is to make it as simple as possible for all of you.

    Hi
    I will be sending out instructions again on our invoicing process.
    We don't send you an invoice. When you complete your invoice you get the option to print and save a copy. All this was put in place prior to my arrival to make things easier for all and in about 99% of cases it has served us well. All we need to do now is simplify it and make a few minor changed to the form, then communicate it to all affiliates which I aim to do in the next few days.
