    Default Anyone got paid for January?

    It's now the 21st and still haven't gotten the invoice. They usually send out invoices to process payments around the 12th or 13th. Anyone here having this issue?

    THey changed their rep in January.
    Very little of what they used to do has been done.

    I got an invoice some time back, but not resultant payment Was easier when Martyn was there - I wonder if he just 'took care of it' to make sure we are paid.

    I'm giving them a little more time and then I will yank all their banners.

    We processed all invoices that were received on or before the 15th as stated on our web site.

    I only have one issue that I am aware of and this is a cheque request which does take longer due to postal times.

    Default Suggestions/Feeback/Comments

    Hi Gooner,

    As your probabky aware now we are a new team. We really are sorry if things are taking a bit longer that they used to, but these last few weeks have been a matter of navigating the systems and trying to asses what we have.
    What we want to get out of this forum is feedback and suggestions. So please list anything that you think you should be getting, or any services you think we should be operating but aren't etcetera.

    We look forward to corresponding with you in the near future.

    Hi Chris,

    I'm aware of the learning curves involved which is why we have not been jumping up and down.

    But lets start with the main ones.

    1) The Sports promotional archive hasn't been updated since November 7th. This copy helps generate interest in BetFred as a site.

    2) We are not on an automatic payment or invoice system of any sorts - and generally we invoice BetFred quarterly. We cannot access our sports stats (for some reason it wasn't possible with out setyup) and so are reliant on receiving monthly summaries from BetFred. February's report (for January) never arrived.

    If you can take a look at these two first and we will go from there.
