I owe Jeff an apology because the check that bounced was NOT from Casino Blasters after all - another aff. program finally let me know after all this time it was them, I misread it because of the payment processor and amount was similar to a Casino Blasters payment.
I am, however, still due money from 2007 from both programs (Blasters and Best Casino Partners) and have contacted Jeff again about this. He was quick to send some of the money owed last time, and I hope we can get this done quickly also. -

Best Casino Partner and Casino Blasters are essentially the same program. One targets the US market the other doesn't.

E-Gamblingcity.com: I just wanted to step up to the plate and take responsibility when I do make a mistake...
But it is also virtually impossible for us affiliates to know who is paying us and when in some cases. When I do get the checks, they rarely match the exact amount in the stats and there is no identification on the checks.
... And I do think Jeff is a great guy, and I want to do more marketing campains with them IF I FEEL COMFORTABLE I'M BEING PAID AND THAT MY EMAILS ARE ANSWERED, ESPECIALLY AT BESTCASINOPARTNER, also..
Jeff promised me last summer that he would look into my payment problems. Then I got some money from BestCasinoPartner but turned out I still had not been paid at all by Casino Blasters for several months (not since December 2006).
Jeff didn't get back to me on Casino Blasters issues and more weeks went by then just recently I contacted him again and he said "the problem is that you have Neteller set as your payment option". But I set it to wire transfer immediately WAY BACK when Neteller was no longer an option. I checked and double checked this and for some reason they just weren't seeing it on their end. And why didn't someone tell me this right away last summer when they promised to help me and get back to me?
I finally managed to communicate with them againand FINALLY I got a nice apologetic email from an Emilio saying that he logged in under my account and could see that for some reason there was a technical error that made it so they didn't see my wire transfer details, even though they'd been there for months. He said I should get the wire transfer from Blasters within two weeks.
I appreciate Emilio's apology and stepping up to the plate. But we as affiliates aren't psychic and what else can we do when communication tends to be so difficult lately with some programs? I want to promote some more but if we're afraid we're not going to get paid or get answers to problems it's bad for everyone.
And thank you for calling me about the Emilio email, Jeff. I sure hope this all is going to work now for both Casino Blasters and BestCasinoPartner.Last edited by Tesse_Ract; 03-13-2008 at 02:58 AM.

I justed wanted to follow up to say that I spoke to Emiliano and Lisa and that they were very helpful and that I was paid the amount I was owed in full up to date. Emiliano was very nice to talk to. Haven't gotten this month's payment yet, but it sounds like they are making improvements and may also be adding Affiliate Speedpay as an option and that Lisa is working on improving accounting issues.
