Hi folks,
I’m looking for good spots for banners and can’t make up my mind. The spots have to attractive enough but I don’t want to irritate my users. Well, I want to satisfy both advertiser and user.
To have any suggestions?October 16, 2007 at 11:39 am #751410AnonymousInactiveUsually to the left or right side of the content and “above the fold” (visible prior to scrolling) is most effective.

However, I looking for new ideas. I still think the small banners at the top are ok.
Each one has a text link beneath which also enhance usability. What do you think?

I don’t think that left side is a good choise. Right and top only. I’m for text information.

Check it out for yourself.
Where do you look when going to a new page ?
– Usually Left and Top.
– Then check centre and right. If you’re selling something – then that’s the order that you place banners.
:hattip:October 29, 2007 at 3:27 pm #752554giftorgbestMemberMy opinion is to put a large banner in the middle of site. scrolled by description words. please see my site Index Online Casino as a sample. I personally tell you all that larger banners make good convertion against smaller banners. Hope this helps.
