Our operations manager Natalie knows the owner of Atlantic Lounge and has been in touch with him. Apparently he is traveling from South Africa to Costa Rica (where Natalie is based).
Natalie told me she was going to try to meet with him and find out the status of the casino and their affiliate program True Earnings.
The private rumblings I am hearing is that there are financial issues with Atlantic Lounge and it may be in the process of being sold to new owners based in Costa Rica. -

Thanks for this information I was not happy with this program anyway, so it can be deleted without regret. LOL.

Heed the Warning.
Just in case any affiliate that is owed money decides to travel to South Africa in search of the owner of this online casino they should take note of this warning:
Ministry of Wildlife & Fisheries - Republic of South Africa
WARNINGDue to the rising frequency of human to lion encounters, the Ministry of Wildlife & Fisheries in the Republic of South Africa is advising all hikers, hunters, fisherman and tourists that use the out-of-doors in a recreational or work related function to take extra precautions while in the bush.
We advise all outdoors men and women to wear noisy little bells on their clothing so as to give advanced warning to any lions that might be close by so that you don’t take them by surprise.
We also advise anyone using the out-of-doors to carry “Pepper Spray” with them in case of an encounter with a lion.
Outdoors men and women should also be on the watch for fresh lion activity, and be able to tell the difference between lion cub **** and big lion ****. Lion cub **** is smaller and contains lots of berries and dassie fur. Big lion **** has bells in it and smells like pepper spray.
You have been warned.Last edited by ixian; 09-29-2007 at 03:24 AM.

Owner has returned
I have been waiting since the end of August for a payout of $1450USD from Atlantic Lounge. It is a very long and sordid story, but the best is what is happening now. Last Friday, I was informed by Tom Davis, AL casino manager that the owner, Jamie St. John is alive and well and traveling back home. My money issue should be resolved soon. He asked how I would like this money, and I stated the only way, since I do not have an active account at any online processing venue, was Western Union (This casino can no longer process wire transfers to the US) Tom stated that this would not be a problem and he would get back to me Tuesday at the latest. I did not hear from him, and contacted CS to be told he was out of town for a couple of days. I then emailed Jamie. Low and behold, on Wednesday morning I check my casino account and the money was approved for a withdrawal into Click2Pay. I do not have a C2P account registered at AL, or an active C2P account (I am a US player....C2P is useless for me) I tried to call CS...number is disconnected. I did reach Live Chat to be informed that Tom would be out all week and to email him. I did email both Tom and Jamie, with of course no response. I now feel this is yet another way to delay, or not give me my money. This casino is still taking deposits and running daily promotion crawlers. They have no way that I can see to pay US players should one ask for a payout. Is this legal....can anything be done? I have posted since Sept. 15 on casinomeister, and AL has been rogued. Unfortunately, players like myself do not know of these forums until it is too late. I wish there was a way to stop this before others are left in this frustrating position.

Apparently there is something happening at this Casino now: Yesterday a customer service representative informed me that there are "changes happening at A.L.". Now, this either means that they are being sold, that they will get new management or the Casino has gone bankrupt.
Either way, I think I will find out soon. -

I am able to login to the affsite and see moving stats.
The casino hasn't been on G&C for some time, so they are being honest as far as crediting continued earnings...
I do hope they are being bought.dominique
