Here is the full press release, hope this is clearer:

ISLE OF MAN — (PRESS RELEASE) — CPays joins the B4Playing program joins the B4Playing program and will offer its online casinos and poker rooms to the fast growing community of online casinos and poker rooms players.

“We have decided from day one to get the leading properties to our program. One of the main values to the players is having multiple top ranked properties available for them. Users can quit searching for information over the net as all information is embedded into the product in a very intuitive way,” says Itay Paz, the company VP marketing. “We are welcoming reputable online casinos and poker rooms to join us and offer their games to the players” adds Mr. Paz.

“Initially B4Playing plan seems to us a bit too ambitious,” says Mr. Ron Lev of CPays. “The technical depth of the product as well as the plan to cooperate with the leading properties looked as a very complicated plan. We are astonished with B4Playing team and their achievement to release the product and recruit so many properties. It seems like it is going to be an important tool for a huge amount of players,” adds Mr. Ron Lev.

B4Playing is set to release the official Beta Version on September 3rd.

CPays is reason enough for me to not even think about promoting such a tool. Seriously…. CPAYS?? C’mon.

lol, kwblue, if you would ask 10 affiliates about 40 different programs and eliminate a program that affiliates say no, you would end with almost zero…seriously think about it. BTW we have close relationship with them and I worked personally with them in the past 6 years.

They joined your group because they know their own reputation stinks here at cap and with all of us here. When a well establish group takes cover under the name of a newly establish group you know something is wrong.Sorry Itay but i think you can drop your forecasts at least 50% ,this group will do more damage than good to you.

I put the title CPAYS because i knew most people here feel the same way,Read all the old posts and you will know why we all feel so strongly.

    Guys,

We listen to your messages. This is what this form is all about. We believe that our tracking system is good enough to track any click to any property and as such we will be able to very easily compare between our report and our partners report. This is a great advantage for affiliates as they are not able to monitor traffic in a precise way! We do monitor conversion rates among properties and will take decisions if anyone is considerably different!
I personally maintain very good professional relationship with CPays management and will make sure that we all get paid promptly and properly.

    Time will tell.

    Hi All,

I was more than happy to take over answering issues brought up here but to be honest I would have preferred something a little less controversial.

I have never personally dealt with Cpays until now so I really cannot make a judgement on them. I have met a few of their affiliate managers over the years and they seemed genuine enough but then all the stories that follow them seem to dispute my impression. I have also worked with people I thought I could trust but have ended up being treated atrociously so I understand this situation.

I am not writing to vindicate or condemn anyone, I would just like to know whether working with a program, any program, that has had a colourful past would affect affiliates working with us or is this just an issue with one program that has “gone too far” in the eyes of many affiliates?

I think I can summarise what annoys affiliates about gambling operations in a few ways:
First, is the way the casino is operated but the affiliate program is fine.
Second, is the way the affiliate program is run but the casinos are fine.
Third, is a combination of the casino and aff program being run by cowboys.

Unfortunately I can’t think of any whiter than white operation that has not been involved in any of the above points. Obviously the ones that have been involved in excessive amount of unresolved complaints are ones we do not want to have anything to do with.

I have spoken to the B4Playing management at length about this subject. Although we are the medium between yourselves and Cpays and you do not have to deal with anyone there directly, I can understand your concern.
I can say that all the programs we have accepted have given us assurances that both players and affiliates will be taken care of and although we are not arbitrators they understand we have a responsibility to everyone using the B4Playing tool and affiliate program. At the end of the day it is a matter of trust and nothing is 100% guaranteed.

Your opinions are vital to us and we want to start as we mean to go on, by offering an honest multi-cpa program, by understanding your needs and by acting appropriately so that you feel comfortable working with us.

You can’t beat a healthy discussion so I look forward to hearing your comments:wink-wink

    Thanks

I can definitely say I have had numerous difficulties with Cpays and most are concerning stats and payments. I still work with them, however the only banner placement on a site of mine is if they prepay me an agreed upon amount, that way I put up what they give me and don’t stress it, they get the traffic and players….not the best on my part but it works when I want time to do other work.

As far as them being part of this program, it does reduce the amount I will advertise and push it….just to much past conflict. I ask one question that may make a difference, if someone signs up, plays at a Cpays casino that has an account at another….how will that work? With Cpays program a player belongs to an affiliate of the first casino they played at, that is where I ran into problems previously. ….just my 2 cents….but someone will get burned.

Well good luck to you .I think every new press release you put out connecting yourself to them would only hurt your business. So I would be tryiing to keep it a secret that you work with them lol.

Are they willing to settle old issues with affiliates?

Cpays was the very first program that I featured on my site and in my GamTrak software about 6 years ago.

Last summer I went negative 7K and they offered me a cpa of about 12K for all of my depositing players. I did not really want to do the deal because I don’t see any benefit to CPA deals and I was not very concerned about being negative for very long, but decided to take the quick cash to offset moving expenses we incurred during our move to the Dominican Republic.

Believing that we had a done deal I paid cash for an SUV (because they don’t do credit for non-citizens) only to have my affiliate manger dissappear never to be heard from again. I never got the 12K or access to the old account to check stats. Needless to say I pulled down every banner and link that I could find.

I was very surprized by what happend to me because in the past CPays would sponsor me to the industry events paying for air, hotel and event ticket and I enjoyed hanging out with them while there.

That said I only have myself to blame because I read all of the things others said about them here at CAP and ignored it.

Here is an issue with cpays and cpa many mau not realize, and this probably goes for other CPA programs as well.. If you have a minimum purchase of $100 to get your $150 or $300 CPA the kick you in the ass term is the FIRST purchase must be $100 or more. If someone deposits $50, then another and another and ends up depositing 15,000 in a month, you dont ghet a cent.

People that are sonsidering B4Playing are either smoking crack or are buying email lists to spam the living hell out people in hopes of some quick cash.

Look at the old timers here, they are still alive because of one thing, revshare..

Do not sell the future for a one time payment. Think for a minute what B4playing is doing… They pay you a CPA and they get paid a revshare, immense long term cash flow for them and they have total control of what YOUR users see and do.

If you get a CPA payment program with your quality traffic keep some of it for the handgun you will want to buy in 2 years.
