That’s not my problem that’s your problem
Maybe u should get out of the business and go selling cookies door to door
Everyone else is finding a way to pay me, what makes u so incompetent, I am not in the market of setting up alternate payment methods to accomodate everyone, just send a check and stop telling me u can’t, that is the stupidest thing i’ve heard
August 21, 2007 at 11:08 pm #746318AnonymousInactiveHi Nick777
I really have no idea what you are talking about, if you would like to send me your AID I am sure we will be able to pay you, if you are in the US we are unable to send you a check, but there are other ways that we are able to pay you such as ACH, and very soon we will be able to pay all our affiliates by Affiliate SpeedPay.
If you would like to send me your details to jonathan@cwcaffiliates.com I am sure we can resolve your situation.
Thank you
Jonathan
August 21, 2007 at 11:29 pm #746321AnonymousInactiveHi Nick777
I have now located your account, and it seems that in July you earned $96.60 and that is why you were not paid yet for that month as we only pay a minimum of $150, this will be rolled into August earnings as together you will have earned in excess of $150
I see that you are in Canada, so if you would like to send me your bank details we will be able to do a wire transfer
Thanks
Jonathan

Geez Nick, could you be any more abrasive?
August 21, 2007 at 11:47 pm #746324AnonymousInactiveNo no Jonathan
I’m talking about an old outstanding balance that has yet to be paid and these e-mails u sent me, like this one
> I have attempted to process your affiliate earnings of $247.33 by cheque, however the transaction has been returned by our processing company as you are outside their jurisdiction.

> BankNumber – 8 digit transit-ABA number followed by a check digit as printed on your cheques.

If u cannot send a check to a major city like Toronto, Canada, then there is something very wrong with the way you are doing business
I am not setting up an ACH, opening a seperate account just for u, etc etc, these requests on your part are extremely unreasonable and absolutely out of the question
August 21, 2007 at 11:54 pm #746326AnonymousInactiveHi Nick
Your earnings for June were paid by a bankers draft on 17 July, if you have not received that payment, I will have to speak to my bank about it.
I understand that it is irritating if you do not receive a payment that was due some time ago, however if you would have e mailed me about it we could have dealt with it some time ago. Now that i have all of the details I will e mail you tomorrow and let you know what the bank has said, and will issue you with a new check.
Thanks for your patience
Jonathan
August 22, 2007 at 12:33 am #746327AnonymousInactiveHi Jonathan
That e-mail u sent was dated Aug 9, 2007, and no I haven’t received any of that money, as u can see u said the check was returned to u
There is no point in e-mailing back and forth, I have already replied to u more than once regarding this issue and nothing has been resolved
August 22, 2007 at 12:40 am #746328AnonymousInactiveHi Nick
As you can appreciate, I am not in the office as it is 1.36am here in the UK, so i do not have access to the bank records on my laptop.
Please be assured that we will resolve this issue, we will pay you.
I will personally speak to the bank tomorrow and issue you with another bankers draft and it will be sent to your home address that you have provided us with.
If you have any other ideas, we will be more than happy to listen to them.
Thanks
Jonathan
August 22, 2007 at 1:04 am #746331vladcizsolMemberNick lets cut it out with the rude behavior. We have been through this before. Jonathan is well respected, well liked and one of the nicest people I know in this business. He certainly doesnt deserve this bullshit. This sort of crap wont be tolerated at CAP.
There is no problem with inquiring about a payment due but there is no reason to be so frigging rude. Tone it down. You will get far more respect and assistance from people if you dont take this in your face approach to communications.

Exactly my sentiment.
I know you’re a decent guy, but you need to deal with these anger issues!

August 22, 2007 at 7:21 am #746339AnonymousInactiveJonathan, did u think I was being rude here ?
I’d like to know, we’ve talked before without any problems
I didn’t consider myself coming across as rude, it’s just a simple issue that I won’t tolerate, I don’t like to have to remind people that they owe me money, I run my business professionally and expect the same from partners
There is really no need for anyone else to step in here and correct anyone, it’s a discussion between 2 business partners
August 22, 2007 at 9:30 am #746343AnonymousInactiveHi Nick
You are quite right, we have exchanged e mails before without any problem, and that is why i was so surprised when you posted on CAP, perhaps if you did not want others commenting, it would have been better to e mail me privately at jonathan@cwcaffiliates.com
I have spoken to the bank this morning, and a check will be issued and sent by courier (at my expense). The bank has told me that you should receive the check by the end of the week, but i must stress at this point it is out of my hands, we now have to depend on the bank and the courier service.
Please let me know when you have received the check
Thanks
Jonathan
August 22, 2007 at 10:04 am #746345AnonymousInactiveI was going to e-mail u but we did that already and ended up back at square one
I just went through a 3 month dilemma of getting paid past dues by another RTG group, and didn’t want this to become some new acceptable custom, it looked like it was heading down a similar path, and I have other things that need my attention
It’s never personal, only business
And I do appreciate u contacting me over the matter but there’s not much I can do with regards to setting up payment options, i’m waiting for Moneybookers to unlock my account but they are not warm to the idea
Don’t think I was implying anything about how u do your job or was attempting to take digs at your operation, it was just a situation that needed attention, U didn’t give me the impression that u were trying to pull off something funny(yet anyway) with regards to our partnership
Take care :wink-wink

Ok, lets not go over this again and again. Nick think before you post. If you are typing something that you wouldnt like directed at you then rephrase things.
As expected Jonathan is sorting out your payment issue. Lets all have a good week. :hattip:
