My Goldenstarnetwork earningsreport stays the same for almost 2 weeksk now, but #players add up. Is there something wrong?

Deposit totaly stop last month and only 2 small depost last 3 month…
200 new players in jun,jul and aug.
Have not update any players last 5 days.Remove all banners now. :wavey:
The sister program Vegas Partner works ok np.
As you can see below FREE MONEY is deducted from my earnings, hmm ….is this common ?!
Payment has not been made for june and july. Kirsten please explain both.
