If they were in court and assets were frozen then players wouldnt be playing and getting paid. It's all bull****.

They amassed a large player base on our backs and arent paying us. It's as simple and as obvious as that.

You are probably right. I have no clue what is really happening behind the scenes... I was just under the impression that there was a court battle from multiple posts about it.

I just want my $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ as we all do. I think it sucks that we've been stiffed and our good players (I had quite a few good players there) are now probably just players in their pocket with no affy tied to them.

If they were just 'players in their pocket' why would we still be seeing any activity at all on their affy site?
Surely the continuation of stats reporting shows there is still a definite link between the casinos & the affy program...?

Seems most of you would support some sort of action to try to get some information about what is going on, so I will carry out my promise to highlight to the unaware players what is going on with these people and try to encourage someone to emerge from behind the scenes & give us some sort of info.

I would appreciate any support, if any are willing to give it!
    Thanks,

I'm sure they will still take bets, though. I've never seen an email to MY player account saying that they are no longer taking bets. And I am sure I could plop in $1000 quite simply and either lose it or.... lose it.

From what I see players can play, win and get paid.

Affiliates are up the creek with no paddle, and should long have stopped promoting since it is questionable if you will ever see your money.

maybe the hosting company got the letter i sent them aug 4 LOL .I sent them practically every bad link that i can find showing all the victims of their scam ,they need to go on the sites with the nigerians ..also those of you who attend meeting over the years must know the REAL people behind this group .I dont think they are all innocent and probably using their 40% increase in profits to fund a new casino.Make sure they all get a x on their backs in .We can put up a most wanted list on any future CAP meetings ,like a known to associate to rogues section.

kwblue posted in General Discussion that Giant Palace, Hype Gaming, and InChilli "all are run by Firebrand Interactive".

When I looked on Google yesterday I saw that several portals are offering Giant Palace as the new "paying players" casino for the Player Preferred scam.
