    I can NOT Edit Account info...

    And my SUB affiliates are gone from my account on the new stats.

    How long did it take for the signups to show up i new program ???
    Not a week or what ??

    Hi Dcbonus,

    Please TRUST me...

    I can NOT Edit Account info...
    As I have mentioned in my previous response, I will request (and have done so) that this be looked into to verify that there is no problem. I have tested the updating of a number of test accounts, and they all worked 100%. I have requested clarity on whether any special characters may result in the error you get, and will confirm when I have more info on that.

    And my SUB affiliates are gone from my account on the new stats.
    Here too, as mentioned in my previous response, when your sub-affiliates show activity, they will show up in your stats on the new platform. They are not "gone". All your players and sub-affiliates are still linked to you. If your sub-affiliates have changed their links to be in line with the new platform, and are generating stats, then they will be pulled into the stats for your account. As said before: only data generated in August 2007 (and going forward) will be shown on the new platform.

    How long did it take for the signups to show up i new program ???

    The stats is updated via a feed from RTG. Any player / sub-affiliate revenue data is usually updated within 24 hours, with impressions and clicks being shown within a few hours at worst. If you have any proof of sign-ups taking a week to show up, then by all means please provide to me and I will be more than happy to take that further with our development team.

    MY ACCOUNT DID NOT COUNT ALL DOWNLODS AND ONLY COUNT A FEW SIGNUPS .

    Hi Dcbonus,

    1. I have tested the updating of your account, and it does work. I changed your GENDER field from //CHOOSE// to "Male", and placed "NA" in the STATE field of the address. I saved that, logged out of your account, logged back in, and the changes I have made do show on your account.

    2. I have also looked into the player account "nothonest". I can confirm that this account is linked to you as a new sign-up, and that you tried to claim the $18 free offer unsuccessfully, twice. As far as I am aware, only once a player has had activity on their account will they be shown in the Player Report. I have requested that we test that, and I will get back to you with the results.

    First off, let me reiterate that I tested a number of accounts when you first raised this issue, and could not duplicate your error. In fact, they worked fine for me. I then, on your instruction, went into your account, and made changes, which you now confirm has worked. Please do not ever attack my integrity and my honesty! You do not know me, and there are many affiliates who can attest to my high regard for transparency, and that I am the first person to admit if I or the program I work with has made an error.

    In addition to this, I find it strange that you are the only affiliate who has contacted both myself and my support team with the error of not being able to update details.

    I have sent you a detailed report of the activity on your 3 new sign-ups as shown on your stats. If you look at the report for each account, you will see that these accounts have not generated any play / revenue, due to either declined credit card deposits, or the fact that your players are trying to claim coupons that are no longer valid (specifically FREE20 and FREE10).

    As I have mentioned to you in my previous post, I am more than willing to see that this matter is addressed as quickly as possible, and to ensure that stats are in fact working correctly by the testing of your account which you have registered 2 days ago.

    I will provide you with my findings on that test as soon as possible.

    But 23 downloads and only 3 signups (1 dl and 1 signup was on account for some reson before i begin test/promode)

    Hi Dcbonus,

    I received your email, and have just responded to you.

    Here is an extract of my response to you:

    Yes, I am aware that there is no wager data showing on your account as yet. As mentioned before, wager / player data will usually take around 24 hours to pull through to the new platform from RTG. As we began the testing on your account late yesterday (around 5PM GMT+2), we should see the data come through either by this evening, or tomorrow morning. If the data is not showing by tomorrow, then it is clear that there is a problem, which we will then investigate fully.

    We believe in transparency, and will admit if there is a problem.

    As for the 1 download and 1 sign-up on the stats before you started testing, I think I should explain how the new platform works:

    1. Impressions and clicks are tracked and recorded using the links provided by the new platform.
    2. The download and sign-up is tracked by RTG - your affiliate ID is written into the software on download.

    So, even though you would have not had the new links live on your site, the RTG stats would have registered a new download and sign-up for you. Thus, when the daily data update to the new platform was done, the new platform would have shown 1 download and 1 sign-up on the stats, as that data is specific to August 2007.

    I hope this makes sense. If not, please let me know and I will try to explain further.

    As for the players showing no activity, I can only provide you with answers based on what I see on the player histories. As you could not open the excel file, I have included the histories of the 2 other sign-ups.

    help Last Test

    I have found the erro i think...

    I made an test account again with new info name ,email and so.

    account: "lasttest"

    I get the email from casino with the coupon code (NFN7YPN) to the $18 free no deposit bonus.

    I then go to cashier and redeem coupon code..

    It just tell me : Your coupon has already been redeemed.

    (no coupon code from any player have never be redeem on the new bonus,so how can it already been redeemed ????)

    Can any one not from the casino help me with a test please ??

    Hi Michael,

    The system is set up with strict parameters to detect multiple account registrations, which is why the coupon was denied. Although it is a unique coupon code, it is free cash and open to abuse. The casino has thus had to set strict parameters to detect multiple accounts, and if the system detects that a computer is attached to multiple account registrations, then the redemption of the coupon will be declined.

    We redeemed a free $18 coupon for you yesterday on the previous account your registered: "nothonest", such that we could generate wagering and play on the account as a means to test the data / stats.

    This is why you would have seen the coupon declined on the new account.

    Here is the history of the latest account you registered:
