    Hi Webzcas,

    We apologize for this very temporary disruption of service.

    Due to a server problem, banners and website were down for a couple of hours yesterday. I requested a fix to the problem as soon as it was identified, at around 6pm GMT last evening. Site and banners were back up at 7pm GMT.

    I know it is the weekend and vegas is just about to start – But this is a major pain for affiliates as most if not all aff banners are hosted by the programs – when the server hosting the banners is down for long periods of time – it makes our sites look very unprofessional – Therefore any traffic we get that may have signed up with not just Vegas Affiliates but also other programs we promote is inclined to go elsewhere.

    Please rectify this ASAP!

    I totally agree with you Webcas, is the second consecutive weekend that my websites looks unprofessional, i have broken images on my homepages, this continue to be a big problem! Ok, they can’t resolve theirs problems on saturday and sunday…what can i say? Saturday and sunday are the most important days for me! :eh:

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I’ve been travelling all day saturday to Las Vegas, and the Professor actually informed me of the problem this morning (sunday) at the CAC show.

    I just spoke to our technical staff in London, who fixed the problem. The site and banners are now back up. I will look more closely at the issue when back to London, and will prevent this from happening again.

    Once again, please accept my apologies for the disruption, and thanks for your patience.
