What a shame that this is not getting more support.
I still think there’s a chance we’ll get paid otherwise I would be supportive of this. I am owed too much to take this drastic action at present.:huh2:
I am owed quite a bit too and I am not going to let that stop me from having players spend their hard earned money in a casino that is having these problem, I have always looked out for my members and I will continue to do so. If they decide to pay players and affiliates then cool I can just as easy make a page praising them.
Well obviously I have removed all links and references to hype for the time being but I suspect the silence is for legal reasons rather than a simple scam otherwise I would be putting up overtly negative statements.
I sympathize with the affiliates in this situation. I never used them. If affils and players are not getting paid, then it should be made known. It is not the players concern that there are legal problems.

I agree, and that’s what I did.
Yes, players can deposit – I am contemplating putting up a warning to players – they should not deposit since winnings cannot be paid.
If players can still deposit then I feel I have no choice but to warn them. I really do understand the reluctance to do so and it’s an individual choice. I think they have been given a fair chance here at cap and it has gone on far to long. Here is mine though I still need to link it around on my sites.

Removing banners and sitting quietly isn’t enough. So what if they (allegedly) can’t talk about this publicly. If players can’t withdraw their winnings, what difference does it make what is going on between Hype and Player Preferred?
I’m owed quite a bit of money, too, by the way. In the end, a few months from now, either everyone will get paid, or nobody will get paid. My money is on “nobody.”
