400affiliates NOT paying
i have been waiting for months to get paid from 400 affiliates.
they said because i am in the us, they cant pay.
so, i gave them wire details for a non us account. now i received this reply that they will not payd my non us account:
that is total BS.Hi Ben,
Looks like we wont be able to make any wire payments - even to non US accounts. Very strange I know - but something that we dont have any control over.
If your NT account is a non US one, we can pay you via NT. Although you will need to change the address on your 400affiliates.com to a non US address.
Alternate is also EcoCard. That would apparently take us 5 mins to process.
I hate having your money for so long!
Cheers
Rak

i will not ecocard becuase i got screwed with neteller.
there is no good reason why you can not pay this other account.
in addition, that pm is insulting that you did not even bother to give a reason why. - 06-11-2007 08:27 PM #2
I've been using EcoCard since NETeller died... I haven't had any problems.
Why can't they send you a check? I'm also curious about why they can't wire the money -- most everyone else seems to be able to.
400 -- maybe it's time to fire the current payment processor and find a new one? - 06-11-2007 11:06 PM #3
Hi Guys,
Just waiting to hear back from management on specificly why wire payments arent able to processed. Hope to have a reply for you shortly.

hope its a good one 400 because I'm not making any money with you anyway and ready to yank the few links I put up to test.
I hope others take my stand in not being willing to accept excuses for poor payment or production.
we need neither. on the other hand. those that produce well and pay on time and treat players right ......SHOULD be the ONLY places we're willing to list. this doing a favor to both yourself ..... and your players. - 06-12-2007 12:45 AM #5Senior Member

Hey Mate,
That should be sorted out this week. More precisely in the next couple of days. May's payments should be made with it too.
Cheers

Hi Guys,
Initially we had plans to be able to pay affiliates (US and non US) via wire, up until recently. Our payment processor which allows us to take US bets, has stopped us from making those wires. We have pushed the issue, but due to the precarious nature in being able to take US bets, the processor / bank feels that at this time that wires wont be allowed - at the same time, we dont want to push the issue further and risk losing our ability to process US players.
We are looking at alternate avenues to make this possible, and I hope the number of processing options we have added in the past 3 months for players is indicative of how serious we are in making further payment options available to continue to allow players to deposit and affiliates to be paid.
Wire payment solutions are not lost, but delayed till an alternate solution is implemented.
As I write this, final paperwork is being completed which will allow us to send USD cheques via FedEx by the end of the week / early next week.
Cheers
Regards

Hey kwblue,
EcoCard is still a payment option we use. I sent you a couple of msgs through ICQ - are you still getting them? Hit me up when you're online next!
Cheers
