Ok we were able to track down the owner of Hype Gaming and he has promised to come here to CAP and issue a statement later today. Our comments on the discussion are as follows:

I would love to see them come to CAP and give their ‘side’ of things… I would also love to be paid both my commissions and the worth of the Australia trip I won.

owldeath2 pointed out in the other thread that hype-gaming.com is not the same as hypegaming.com….I agree that we’re screwed, but not necessarily because of what is being displayed on hype-gaming.com.
