you know when I signed with stars .. I double checked everything …(being a vet) ….. including asking them if the aff link codes were right …. everything. then I contact them 2 months later (because poker takes time to accumulate any real money) and they said they’d never heard of me.
I’ve only once been more pissed at a gambling program.
I have nothing good to say about them and will always hold them in lowest esteem. They didn’t even seem sorry the situation existed and did nothing to make it right.

But PokerStars has recruited very well in getting people like Edward & Carly to overhaul their affiliate program.
I’m confident that with those guys there, PokerStars will be a pleasure to work with in the future.
May 12, 2007 at 8:10 pm #736579AnonymousGuestwell they burned me enough I’ll never work with them again.
I kept the emails stating I had confirmed link codes .. etc. which I sent to whoever was their aff manager at the time. this was years ago. they did nothing to make up for the problem and frankly spit in my face.
I have nothing good to say about them.

I’ll take your warning on board mate.
:hattip:May 13, 2007 at 1:47 am #736603AnonymousGuestHi G:
I hate to scare away a friend from a program that may make them money.
there are many who have good things to say about them and I just wanted everyone to note to check them out much sooner than did I: as poker takes time to make money … I let 2 months …. maybe 3 ……been years ago ….. before I bothered to check stats and thats when i found out they claimed they’d never heard of me.
times and scenarios change. for me ….. they’ve burned any bridges .. as I have a very bitter taste in my mouth when it comes to them.
that said … its true there are many who claim they’re wonderful. you may choose to try them and perhaps my posts will make them much more mindful of treating their affiliates with the respect they deserve.
good luck with whatever decision you make sir.

Hi Kris,
Good looking sites, congrats! Let me know if we can do some link swappage.
I have also noticed a big difference with Edward and Carly on board. When they implement the “big changes” they have mentioned it should be a good earner.
September 6, 2007 at 3:12 pm #748009GregMemberHi Steamer and Kris,
Thanks for the positive words. I have been in contact with bb1webs via pm and I do hope that I will continue to receive feedback, both positive and negative, so we can always strive to improve.
This year we have started to revamp our affiliate program, increasing our team size, and pusing forward with positive changes.
I am looking forward to working WITH our affiliates to make this work.
Kind Regards,
Carly -
