    Hi all.

Did you receive the profit payment of bet365 this month?
It came to be paid after a delay of every month.

    Until last year.

They payed to me after few days when I sent invoice to them.

As you’re probably aware … you have to send an invoice to Bet365 each month.

Use their automatic invoicing system to generate it.

    Thank you reply.

    Yes,I used it.

I make a invoice every month and send it
This month 4/2, I made & sent it.
But money does not come my bet365 account.

And this year, Payment became very late payment.

    Did you receive it?

    Regards,

I haven’t sent in this month’s invoice because I’m in the process of opening a couple of new UK domiciled bank accounts to make it easier for European partners to pay into.

I have noticed that since Bet365 changed the affiliate programs in September that payments seem to take about 10 working days from sending the invoice to receiving the money.

In your case it’s only been seven elapsed days … and of course that includes Easter … so perhaps only 3 working days.

I’d say eveerything is ok … but if you’re really worried then get on their affiliates site and contact them through email … email turnaround is usually 24 hours or less.

    10 days………

Bet365 changed the affiliate programs in September >

Yes! Last year 1 or 2 days after they paid.
    But Change after…………Over 1 week.

Other sports book already paid me.

bet365 makes a payment by all means,
but I do not understand it at all… When……..???

Probably I think that nobody knows what time it is performed in.

There was not announcement & do not write it,

    Very Strange.

Probably it needs seven business days from five business days.
I was able to imagine it by your answer.
Maybe need it 7 business days.

    Thank you.

    5 days …. 7 days … 10 days .. . whats the fuss ?

Most business in the REAL WORLD have to run on a creditor system with invoices issued that mean an account isn’t even overdue for the first 30 days.

In comparision Casino Affiliate payments from quality programs that are made regularly are a doddle to collect.

As long as programs pay within the month that it’s due then I don’t care.
    :hattip:

It’s when they stop answering email or responding to queries that I get worried.

I’m completely unimpressed with Bet365’s affiliate program, but that is for other reasons. I would stress less if I was you beagle. Bet365 aren’t about to just disappear I don’t think.

    The payment was completed.
However, they demanded a bill from me again.

They receive my same bill three times every month.:shooter:

They told me taht a bill of the first and the second does not arrive.
They say the same thing every month……..lol….

But they make a payment surely.
However, the same event happens every month.

    There is no answer,
They answer it that we do not receive a bill.

They tell the same thing to me every month……..lol.
    However, actually, they received it.

Ask support.Do you recived my invoice.
    Support:yes.

Affiliate account department is slightly foolish,
Because they receive every month a same bill from me 3 times.

Therefore I did the post of this problem here.

they have never replied to my emails. i sent them an invoice on 11th of april and then a follow up email, but haven’t had one single reply …

in fact, i’ve sent them emails before, but never received a reply. i think their affiliate dept is a one man team.

I had money in my affiliate account with them (not much, but some) and when they converted to their new system, I was silly enough to assume that everything would be migrated automatically (every other system that I have seen migrated has pretty much done that).

I know that this was partly my own fault, and I don’t deny that at all, but my website is based on simply providing information about every bookmaker indescriminantly. So I have a LOT of affiliate relations (it is a massive waste of time if I was to actively log into every account even every week). So when I logged into my bet365 account and found it denied my password, I just put it off a few times.

When I realised the problem wouldn’t resolve itself and that I needed to act on it, it turns out that my account didn’t merge across (the implication was that i was just one of the unlucky ones). So my account didn’t come across, there was no rescuing it, and I would have to make a new account. Could they at least bring across my old account balance, and players? No, they can’t, because I wasn’t “actively promoting them”. So i lost my account, my money, and any players I had (again, not much or many, but its the principle that pissed me off).

I just think that it is a bad display of their ethics and customer suport that they could let an account slip through the cracks, and then outright deny any level of support. And particularly by quoting non-promotion – As if I am going to ever actively promote them now. I can’t rely on them to take care of my interests as an affiliate, why should i go out of my way to send them players!??!?

So yeah, thats what those other reasons were.

(I’ve gotten over it and moved on, but still, the lesson remains in my memory)

We had no problems with that cutover …
But I’d agree that experience would have me steamed too.
    :shooter:

Bet365 are by far and away our best performer though …
Tracking seems to be very good …
    No lost players or clicks.

Well yeah, as I said, I’ve moved on. It wasn’t a great loss, but it has tarnished my view of them greatly. Thats all. I did reregister, and i will continue being affilaited with them (It would be stupid not to from my position), so I’ll just have to live with it.

Bet365 are one of the best out there…

They spent a large amount of money on their affiliate system and I’ve never had a problem with them. The crossover went without a hitch for me :)
