    I wanted to sign up for Slots Royale to try the free spin feature and check the process for myself, since I’d never done it before. So, I went to live chat, gave the cs my name and email addy, and asked if I could play the free spins promo. He checked and said I could.

    After completing the free spins, I came to a window that said I had won 100 credits, and a button to claim them.

    At this point, I stopped and went back to the live chat to ask how to proceed. I gave the cs my account # and asked what to do. He said to wait until my credits were posted before making a deposit, so I did.

    This morning I went back to Slots Royale, but there were no credits, so I went back to live chat. This is the chat log:

    So, why wasn’t I told up front, since he had all my info, that I could not qualify for any promotion from Slots Royale, since you have rules against it? I’m asking because I know players who click through will go through the same thing, and it’s much more player friendly to tell people up front that they are not eligible.

    It’s tough enough for players to make deposits these days, adding another layer of frustration is not helping to make friends and win trust with the gambling public. Players tell other players about their experiences, and word of mouth is the best, and worst, form of advertising.

    This group has been known to do this to players and it is plain wrong, just because you have accounts at their sister casinos does not mean your a bonus abuser, infact they did this to me and I don’t play at any of their casinos anymore because of it!
    Btw, you should edit your personal details out of the post above, I would not recommend giving your full name on the web anywhere dear.

    Now how is anyone supposed to know these groups have anything to do with each other…much less that having an account with one group, disqualifies you from play a bonus with the other group.

    Sometimes it seems that the people in charge have no clue about how to expand their player base. Seems they would be more interested in this now, more than ever. Isn’t that why they came back to the US anyway? bucking.gif
