About access to CPAYS statistic ant negative balance

I write here because my manager Andre couldn’t resolve problems almost a month.

First problem, since january i couldn’t get access to statistic for my CPAYS Card. The money on the card are inaccessible too.

The second problem, my balance for the period from November till January almost – $15000.
However this is not a truth. In january the balance was positive but after was removed partners of a casino the balance became negative. I don’t understand why my balance became negative.

And i want get money from CPAYS Card.
