So I get an e-mail saying:

“It’s been a while since you have played at our casino and we have missed
your play. I have credited your account tsrr00761362 with 25 Dollars and
hope that you will come back to the casino and enjoy the fabulous new
    games on offer.”

Thing is, the above is BS and there’s no money in the account. So I send an e-mail reply saying:

“Funny, I just logged in and there’s nothing there.”

And they don’t bother to reply.

Regardless of the intention, the promotion screams of a scam to players and ain’t a good idea. Neither is the lack of prompt support.

Five days later (count ’em, 5!) I get an e-mail saying:

“The email you received regarding the $25.00 complimentary bonus was sent out
at the same time as our banking servers received the update instruction – the
update did not happen due to a hardware failure on the server which was
rectified as soon as we became aware that the server was not functioning
    correctly.”
