If you play at BetGameDay beware that you’ll have an awful hard time getting your money returned to you. I’ve been going around with them for 2 weeks now with no results. Everything they requested was faxed to them 3 TIMES. After the 3rd time they finally said they received them.

I was told last Thursday that they received everything too late to get it processed that day(They only process FedEx payouts on Tuesday and Thursday.), but was ensured it would be sent on Tuesday(today).

    Well guess what? Still nothing.

They are a joke and I will now be sure to never play there again or at VIP and Nine.com. I also had to remove all affiliate links and banners to these sites.

I’m not into promoting sites like this. I’ve always heard and read that VIP.com was a stand up program. They may be on the affiliate end, but I’d have to disagree from the players end.

    doodle2576,

I am sorry you experienced some difficulties with getting your funds from BetGameDay.

Everybody that knows the company, knows this is just one of those unfortunate things that can happen at times and is infact exceptional.

Please also bear in mind, that due to the developments in our industry, the company is taking severe measures which may indeed affect the speed of the pay out.

Checks ARE indeed only sent twice a week, this is a policy and is also stated on the website.
The delay was really caused by the back and forth faxing of required details (remember this is done for YOUR safety as well!)
sometimes the faxes come out too dark, which I believe was the reason you had to resend your details.

Note that if the check was sent YESTERDAY (Tuesday) it may take some time for you to receive it…
Or are you saying the check was not sent at all??

I recommend you DO contact the support team and talk about this.
    calling them would be best.

Now, as affiliate Manager at VIP Profits I need to ask you, are you No Longer promoting Gameday because of this experience, or are you no longer promoting the brands because they don’t convert for you?

I’m just saying that your choice to NOT promote our brands, should be done for the right reasons.

From the affiliate end, there are predatory T&Cs to contend with.

As far as I know VIP and 9.com are the only programs who still insist on confiscating affiliate payments at their discretion.

That would be the right reason not to promote this program.

100% correct Dom and they don’t plan to change these terms, infact they defend them and think they are the best thing to come along!

    Hi all,

I thought VIP had rethought their approach and had as such, made terms to satisfy the aff as well as themselves.

I guess I need to log into you site more often KW. my bad.

VIP. it sounded like at some point you were interested in doing the right thing. What is holding you back?

being one to have rushed into signing with places in the past; I have watched your situation from afar, always keeping in mind the thought I’d eventually be promoting your properties. that now seems it is much further off than once believed.

If the client fails to make a deposit after 30 days, the merchant reserves the right to market any other brands in the group to these players and affiliates tracking will not be applied.

    Active clients:
VIP Profits merchants agree to do everything possible to extend the life of your clients for as long as possible while they are playing exclusively to the brand that you have referred them to. Any client that lapses in activity for 60 days or more may be marketed one of the other brands in the merchants group and affiliate tracking will not be applied. Merchants understand that some players are seasonal, and these players will of course be remarketed to under their affiliate-referred account during the appropriate seasons.
