To answer your question, NO … we are not one company although we do use the same customer support team, who deal with the Player Preferred software. This was probably a simple slip of the finger from their support staff when replying to your email.

Yes, this has happened before and spawned this exact conversation over at Casinomeister. It got pretty long since there was no rebuttal at the time from a Hype rep

Just to clarify again, Hype Gaming and Inchilli are 2 totally seperate businesses. The only similarity is the same customer support team.
What’s happened here is a simple typo, but I do appreciate that it can be misleading and confusing.
