    hi just wanted to ask if you are now also deal for Inchilly
    i got finally a reply of Inchilli Support about a payment
    and at end of e-mail it says

    To answer your question, NO … we are not one company although we do use the same customer support team, who deal with the Player Preferred software. This was probably a simple slip of the finger from their support staff when replying to your email.

    Yes, this has happened before and spawned this exact conversation over at Casinomeister. It got pretty long since there was no rebuttal at the time from a Hype rep :) ‘Tis true, though, support is intertwined and this is not the only mistake they make in regards to the 2 separate casinos.

    Just to clarify again, Hype Gaming and Inchilli are 2 totally seperate businesses. The only similarity is the same customer support team.

    What’s happened here is a simple typo, but I do appreciate that it can be misleading and confusing.

    i dont like inchilly casino at all
    the custermer And Managment are Slow
    it takes up to 3 days to get a replay
    and We fight for a 1000$ commission From 2 months
    what never have been paid
    i cannot understand that
    after sending so many players to them
    And Then Treat a affilate Like this!!!!
