Multilangauge sites and location

I have a Spanish language site was wondering whether anyone has experience of hosting a casino or other gaming afiliate website in Spain or any other Spanish speaking country.

Are there any legal issues to contend with due to the nature of the business or any other requirements/considerations?

At the moment all my sites are UK based since there is no problem there (and its where i'm based anyway).

Any info or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about legal restrictions , at least in some of the spanish speakers countries.

An IP in a hispanic jurisdiction not necessary will be of help with the SERPS.

YES I can see near problems with a poker room doing TV advertising in a SA country where the gambling is a Gov monopoly.

I'm looking at hosting in Spain as that is my target market. From all the reading I was doing it is supposed to help in rankings etc. But to be honest I'm quite confused about the issue.

I was wondering what other people's experiences were.
