got an email from them:

"We regret to inform you that due to recent legislative changes in the United States, certain players will be unable to access the software due to specific regulations in their respective states. This came into effect on Friday, October 13, 2006. As a result you will no longer be able to generate revenue from Bingo Promoter for these players. You will however earn revenue from other players that are eligible to play at the site."

according to Charles @ bingopromoter :

"It is only certain states, where online gambling is prohibited by legislation." They will publish the list later.
