Greetings!
We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.Questions:
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
4) Any restriction?
Thank you for your reply!

Hello there!
Sorry for not replying any earlier!
1) No we do not carry over negative balance
2) At no point is a player ever removed from an affiliate account. I have to admit I was not sure what you meant by whether we remove winning players from accounts. If the above does not answer your question then please let me know. If you could explain your question in more detail that would be great!
3) No you do not need to request this as we do not carry over the negative balance
4) Any restriction to what? Could you explain what you mean by this and I will gladly answer your question.
Please let me know about your questions which i was not sure how to answer and I wil get back to you.
Thanks,
Julia

As to restrictions, some programs just remove negative balances to big or old affiliates.
I’ve copied your replies to the main thread. Thank you very much!!! :clapper: -
