    Greetings!

We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.

    Questions:

    1) Do you carry over negative balance?

    2) Is the winning player removed from the account?

    3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?

    4) Any restriction?

    Thank you for your reply!

    Hi webmaster7,

    Great idea for a thread!

32Red Affiliates does not carry over negative balances – if you end the month with a negative balance, it will revert to zero on the 1st of the new month.

Also, earnings from each product are ring-fenced, so any negative balance on one product will not affect your earnings from any of our other sites in that month.

If anyone has any futher questions, please let Lee and I know!

    Cheers,
    Kate

Wow Kate, you replied before I posted the questions to all programs (had to make a small break for lunch).

    Good work!!

Kate, lets say a new player deposits $100 and gets really lucky on the blackjack and roulette tables and runs their account up to $55,000. Say that this puts the affiliate into the negative; you say you would then set the account to 0; correct?

Ok, so now its the following month, the player returns and loses back 50,000 before they wise up and cash out. Would then pay the affiliate commission on the 50k; thus losing twice, or might the player quietly disappear after the big win?

    Hi Axl,

    Thanks for the note.

Please let me assure you that if a customer of a 32Red Plc product loses money to the house, the referring affiliate will receive recognition for this in the form of Rev Share, regardless of when, who or how much.

If a customer’s activity in a calendar month resulted in a £50,000 loss (for example), then the referring affiliate would earn 32% of this. Each month stands alone by itself.

We also do not strip affiliate tags and never will – we believe in an open business relationship with our affiliate partners and I think we would not be as respected as we are if we tried to doctor the figures. At 32Red we have big winners every month and I am sure that other affiliate partners who are fortunate to have VIPs and SVIPs as referred customers would be able to vouch for us.

We also show each customer you have referred in the stats (using a unique code per customer) – this means you can keep a track of any whales you have referred very easily – indeed many of our partners will quickly tell us if a customer’s playing pattern changes.

I hope that has reassured you enough to answer you question. If you need any other info then please feel free to drop Kate or I a PM, post in our section here or drop us a line at affiliates@32Red.com

    Cheers,
    Lee
