    I just downloaded Atlantic Lounge to see if they had the new games. Now I cannot uninstall it. With RTG you have to go to your control panel and then Add or Remove Programs in order to uninstall a casino, which I think really sucks in the first place. But when I try to remove Atlantic lounge I get an error that says Could not find installation path. Uninstall aborted.

    Needless to say, I will never download that casino again. If you get new games, you will have to post them. In fact I’m half tempted just to remove the casino from my site because I don’t want my visitors going through this. Please help.

    Hi kidd75219,

    My sincerest apologies for this. I can assure you that this is not a common occurence / error that we have come across, but as you mentioned, it is not something we would want players to experience.

    I have requested a complete list of reasons from RTG as to why this would happen, and the best possible solutions for each.

    I will be in touch soon, once I have received their feedback.

    Hi kidd75219,

    This issue has arisen due to RTG having to change the registry key for the software recently as a result of problems related to spyware programs.

    Please follow these steps to remove the software:

    1. Delete the casino directory (under Program Files by default). Then perform the following registry edits:

    1.1 Go to command prompt and type “regedit”
    1.2 Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software
    1.3 Delete RealTime Gaming Software.

    2. Go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs. Selecting the casino should now remove it from the list.

    This issue should not arise again in future should you reinstall the software, and using “add/remove software” in the control panel should work on future uninstall attempts.

    Please let me know if you have any further difficulties.
