I had to laugh at this: http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/auction/730?
Surely no one will pay 10k for an account with only 2 big players that could vanish anytime and haven’t earned any revenue for 2 months.

Why give a sucker an even break?
There’s one born every minute ..But I agree a very poor purchase.

To begin with I’ve already had a 6.5k and 7k offer via PM and you if you believe that my account is not worth 10k that’s your choice, commenting on sitepoint and making others believe the same it quite rude, don’t you think? We are in the same industry, have some respect for others. As for the past 2 months, many had little to no commission in June due to the soccer championship and in July I was very unfortunate to see a player win big on the 30th, the balance before the win was over 2k. So please, 10k mark is going to be beat in a year at most, after that its all profit.
Regards.August 6, 2006 at 8:10 am #701184AnonymousInactivei personally wouldn’t have valued the account higher than $2500, so i would say it’s poor value but in your defence so long as you’ve been honest with the auction listing it’s worth what someone’s prepared to pay and if some fool offers you 5 figures for it, well good on you.
there was as a casino site which only earned a bit over $600 per month which sold for $26.5k!! :banger:
