All forums are different and have their own functions.
I just think you have better chances at negotiating privately.
The deal you make may cause everyone else to flock and want the same...
That would put the program in an awkward position.
If you get a media deal it can only be based on evaluation of your sites, and can't apply to others for that reason.
Then again, should the program reject your offer in public it would make you look bad...
