    I have been trying to download your casino without success – the smartdownload screen opens but when it tries to contact the site to continue download it comes up as unable to establish connection

    Please can you look into this

    Hi Pam712,

    We have tested all aspect of the download process – downloading the installer file through to the installation of the actual casino software, and it is working correctly.

    I can only summize that this was a temporary problem connecting to the casino, and that the problem resolved itself.

    Please let me know if you have any further problems, and I will try to address those as best I can.

    Hi Kamiel

    I have just tried again from another computer and my partner has tried from another computer and we still cant get the casino to download.

    I dont know whether this is a regional thing – we are in the UK

    This is extremely strange. I think that the best possible manner in which we are going to get to the bottom of this is to have as much information from you as possible.

    Could you please e-mail me the following info to kamiel@trueearnings.com:

    • Types of computers being used (Mac or PC)
    • CPU type (Pentium 4, Celeron, etc.)
    • Operating System
    • Are the computers behind a firewall?
    • Anti-virus software on computers
    • Connection Type (DSL, Cable, etc.) and speed.

    If you could also e-mail me screenshots of the error you are getting, that would certainly help to pin-point the problem.
