Report as spam to Google and your favorite Gaming companies. Google needs to nip this in the bud, otherwise they will continuously do this under other domains as well.

The quicker we do this, the quicker they will respond, and if enough people complain, perhaps they will put an end to the spamming that they are employing here.

Well at least they responded to you my friend the list I submitted (before you did yours) has not warranted a response even though one was promised, and requested a second time. I guess they have succeeded in reducing the dial on the oven a few degress though.

Axl they certainly did respond. Amongst the mounds of info I kept it simple and asked four questions. I do not aspire doing things behind closed doors I stongly believe we are all on the same team here. Here is the reponse I will block out personal names and emails adresses.

The information I provided to 888 was modest to say the least. I questioned on a few points I felt where revelant in order to move forward.

This mistake has been fixed now.


2. None of 888.com client software has adware in it. Obviously, our client is communicating to our servers data relevant to the game and user status, but this is defiantly not an adware. (One possibility I can think of is that AceClub.com Casino client was confused with ours as both files are called casino.exe)


3. The affiliate that you have mentioned (the owner of xxxwww.money-poker-club.info[/url]) was indeed blocked, but this is the only action we can do. We do not have control over the site.


4. As for the long partial list of 888.com group’s sites, could you be more specific and explain what was wrong with these sites?

2. Do you think this is appropriate http://xxxwww.roulettewinning.com/ selling childrens toys while at the same time selling gambling?


3.Adware-Casino-on-Net is an online gambling adware program. The adware collects personal information including your name and e-mail address, address, telephone number, debit/credit card data and lifestyle and other information collected on registration or through surveys. These information may be disclosed for processing to third party advisers or contractors. Many sites accuse 888.com of such vandalism. Makes me wonder, I am in the process of going through your software.


4. Why is the scrapers already mentioned on CAP still promoting your brand?

Well here's a briefer. I believe Google makes it quite clear any domain whose sole purpose is to redirect is a violation of our guidelines and policies. Some of these domains fit that description. Some of these domains fall under the catagory of spam. Now multiple this list by say a hundred and consider all the places we must search for spam, let the SE's decide.
