Need Streaming or Live Video Feeds

Hello,

First post here but may as well jump into the fray.

I am looking for and seem to be having a hard time coming up with the source for horse and dog track live feeds to display on my upcoming site Handicapper.TV – Handicappers.TV. Does anyone have info on who supplies those feeds and how to licence them?

Also if there are any pro handicappers for sports or racing events (horse or dog) that promote their picks online with streaming video I would also like to feature them especially if they have an affiliate program.
