It is with deep regret we announce that as of May 4th 2006 the certified partner status of 888 Casino is being revoked.

This action comes as a result of a failure to reach an amicable resolution to the problem of content theft and blog spamming being performed by their top affiliate. For the last few months we have sought three things:

1. A public statement by 888 indicating that they do not condone nor will they reward content theft by their affiliates. If affiliates are discovered to be engauged in these practices their accounts will be closed, they will be banned from the 888 affiliate program and their proceeds or commissins due forfeited.

2. Addition to the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions a provision stating the above policy.

3. A good faith effort by 888 to adhere to these policies now and in the future.

888 has stated that they are unwilling to institute these changes at this time.

888 Casino regrets that they are being de-certified, but this is the decision of senior management within the organization and is not in line with recommendations made by their affiliate team managers.

We do not expect further movement by 888 Casino on these issues so we are revoking their certification and urging all affiliates to place their promotion of the brand on hold until such a time that a change is made by the company.

We will issue a formal press release outlining our decision later today.
