$25 for an easy tweak to a program…

Hi,

I have a programming problem on a message board, has nothing to do with gambling but for a programmer I would not be surprised that it could be done in 5 minutes.

You would need to know what “If” and “Else” statements are, what I need is that on my message board the “Start New Thread” button is at the bottom, meaning users would have to scroll to the very bottom to find where to start a new thread. I need this button at the “TOP”

The board I’m using is “Discussware” so anyone familar with this probably can fix this up even easier.
