I have been in sales and customer service related environments throughout my career, and in the last ten years I have held various management positions. I am Swedish but haven't lived in Sweden since 1997, I have spent 8 years in the UK, 2 years in Costa Rica and now I live in Malta. I'm fluent in Swedish and English, understand Norwegian and Danish well enough and speak some Spanish, French and German. When CarlosPoker started up in 2005, I had just taken the opportunity to move to Costa Rica to start a Customer Care and Retention business and I was shortly after introduced to CarlosPoker and associated companies, which became my clients. After a couple of years in Costa Rica, I accepted a role with KharmaPartners Affiliate Management Team (Sites: Carlos Poker, Maria Bingo, Carlos Place, Maria Casino and more) and moved to Malta at the start of 2008. I have the advantage of having set up the customer care, payment and fraud departments so I have a good all-round understanding about the services we deliver. Affiliate management allows me to do for a living what I enjoy doing most; networking, negotiations, sales, customer care, service development… I am also available for my affiliates at most times of the day, most days of the month. On a personal note, I like the sun, to speak my mind and “to win”. I’m not a bad looser, I am a good winner :=)
